Checklist Before Subscribing

To ensure smooth onboarding, confirm these prerequisites:

  • Your store is active in the Altria Digital Trade Program
  • You have a valid Retail Control Number (RCN)
  • “dezi/mkonnekt” is selected as your third party in AGDCNow.com (Price Promotion, Loyalty, Offer Delivery, Personalized Delivery, EAIV)
  • “dezi” is selected as the third party in your Scan Data Questionnaire within insightsC3M

  • I am an existing dezi retailer on Clover, should I go through this process?

    Yes all dezi customers on Clover will have go through the sign up process as dezi app is moving away from being a free app to a charged app

  • When will the paid subscription start?

    Dezi app would no longer be a free app from May 1st, 2024 onwards

  • What are the dezi 2.0 features?

    dezi 2.0 is an enhanced version of the current dezi app and we are continuously adding new features

    1. Altria Digital Trade Program - Scan data, Tier 2, Tier 3 & Total Buydown Allowance
    2. RJR Scan data
    3. In-store discount & loyalty program
    4. Bulk Price Edit tool

  • What happens to my current dezi version?

    Current dezi version would work till May 1st. After which any discounts or scan data submission would not work unless the retailer upgrades the dezi to the latest version

  • Can I pick & choose features in dezi 2.0?

    dezi 2.0 comes up with a list of functionalities developed based on the retailer's need. By default all of the functionalties come turned on and the retailer can pick and choose. Please note options choice will not impact the dezi pricing

  • I have already paid for DTP Tier 3.

    Starting May 1st, your DTP Tier 3 subscription would be merged into your dezi subscription and you would be charged the monthly subscription of $49.99 per month only. If you have paid the yearly subscription fee, the charges would be prorated and adjusted

  • I am interested in participating in RJR discount program

    We will work with you and MSA in order to onboard you to RJR discount and be able to submit scandata to RJR. Once you submit the form one of our support agents will reach out to you to initiate and guide you through this process
