How to Enroll in the RJR Scan Data Program

Follow these simple steps to get started with RJ Reynolds scan data and start offering eligible discounts:

Check Eligibility & Obtain SFTP Credentials

• Contact your RJR representative and inform them you want to enroll in the RJR tobacco scan data program with dezi as your scan data provider.
  
• Your RJR rep will direct you to Circana (RJR’s data processor) or send you a questionnaire to complete the “Enrollment & Data Authorization Form” for Circana.
  
• Use a valid email address in the contact information to receive setup notifications.
  - Enter the software provider name as:
  scandata@mkonnekt.com
  - Specify the preferred file format as:
  Pipe Delimited without headers

Receive SFTP Credentials

• Within about a week, Circana will email your SFTP username and password. Use these credentials to configure your scan data submission in the dezi app.
